As I evolve in my roles, I move into a new and interesting world. I am currently working as a Network Support Specialist in a completely unknown environment and field to myself. I have made the move away from a printing & marketing centric environment to working for a law firm. Daily, I work with people that do not have the same background as I, but I am able to understand their needs and help them succeed in those ventures.
I have worked through company mergers, moving people & systems into a cohesive environment. Since starting at Baker Sterchi Cowden & Rice, I have learned on a daily basis and helped my user base tackle their issues. During my time one of my main tasks has been to virtualize our users' workspaces and developed the plan to move our user base into their new system.
While my job title was Front End Developer & Digital Content Specialist. I spent most days dealing with new tasks to learn in order to help our clientele and support our staff. I still pride myself on my eagerness to learn new things and consider myself a naturally curious person that enjoys a challenge. My entire career has revolved around meeting tight deadlines with challenging work. In my career I have received excellent knowledge in UI & UX concepts and design. I have managed multiple marketing system migrations and helped clientele onboard into online ordering portals.
